LFJ's fiberglass cloth is precision-woven from high-quality continuous fiberglass yarn, possessing excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and reliable heat protection properties. This type of fiberglass cloth is specifically designed for harsh industrial environments and can serve as a high-strength, non-combustible barrier for high-temperature insulation, equipment sealing, and personnel protection.

LFJ's high silica fabrics, over 96% SiO₂, continuous 1000°C, 1100~1250°C short-term. Supply in Tainan and Qidong, available plain fabrics, pre-shrunk or coated. If you are cutting jackets to fit, specify pre-shrunk. If there is slag splash on your floor, pair it with a vermiculite coating. Send us your operating temperature and a drawing for a quotation.

LFJ's textured fiberglass fabric is precision-woven from high-quality E-glass yarns bulked through an advanced air-jet process to trap maximum static air. This unique structure provides significantly lower thermal conductivity, superior acoustic insulation, and a softer touch compared to traditional continuous filament fabrics. Engineered for demanding thermal management, it serves as an ideal non-combustible substrate for removable insulation jackets, exhaust heat shields, and extreme industrial thermal barriers operating up to 550°C.

LFJ's Basalt Woven Fabric is precision-woven from 100% pure, continuous volcanic basalt filaments. Boasting exceptional tensile strength, outstanding thermal stability (up to 700°C), and excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, this high-performance inorganic material bridges the gap between standard fiberglass and silica. Completely non-toxic and eco-friendly, it serves as the ultimate non-combustible substrate for automotive exhaust wraps, extreme industrial thermal blankets, and advanced composite reinforcements.
