FAQ
1. When should I use Loose Fiber instead of preformed insulation materials?
Thanks to its high loft structure and extreme adaptability, our loose fiber is specifically designed for complex geometries and confined spaces where preformed insulation simply cannot reach. It is the ideal solution for custom gap filling, tightly packing muffler system, industrial ovens, and creating flexible thermal expansion joints that need to absorb structural stress.
2. What temperature grades are available, and how do I choose?
LFJ offers loose fiber in varies temperature grades: E-glass, ECR glass, High Silica. E-glass and ECR-glass is an excellent, cost-effective base for general thermal insulation products and sealing materials. However, if your application involves extreme high-heat environments or severe thermal shock, the High Silica grade provides the necessary ultimate thermal resistance.
