ECR Fiber Needle Mat (750°C)
The LFJ's ECR fiber needle mat is made of 100% glass fiber grade ECR and withstands temperatures up to 730℃.
It is used with accurately chopped fiber length, mechanically bonded by needle punch processing, with no additional binders, to ensure high efficiency heat insulation and excellent sound absorption during different applications. The standard thickness needled mat is from 3mm to 25mm, uniform density from 100kg/m³to 220kg/m³, available to request other specifications.
The ECR needle mat/felt is easy to handle, allowing cutting into any desired shape and form. It is mainly provided for the exhaust system of automotive and motorcycle vehicles as a preformed pipe and a die-cut heat shield, or where a higher temperature resistance is required for different applications.
