Exhaust Joint Seal Rings

Exhaust joint seal rings are made from specially compressed knitted wire mesh and can be used at connection points between the exhaust manifold and mufflers, where high temperatures and strict leakage control are required. Flexible intermediate elements can be coated with materials like mica, Teflon, or graphite to meet specific performance needs.

Our exhaust joint seal rings are high-temperature gaskets made from compressed knitted wire mesh. For improved sealing performance, they can be coated with materials such as mica, graphite, ceramic, or PTFE. These seal rings are used to connect exhaust manifolds, mufflers, and other high-temperature piping systems where leakage must be prevented. The knitted wire mesh structure provides flexibility and helps maintain sealing performance under heat and vibration.

Key features include high-temperature durability, excellent sealing, and noise/squeak minimization. Our seal rings withstand 600~900°C, depending on the wire material, and maintain low friction for easy assembly.

LFJ (Lih Feng Jiing) is a leading manufacturer of exhaust sealing rings. We have over 40 years of experience, which ensures that each exhaust seal ring meets stringent automotive and motorcycle standards. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
