Knitted Wire Mesh

Knitted wire mesh is produced as a mesh structure of asymmetric interlocking loops in different materials and with different characteristics. This mesh can be produced in various stitch patterns, and can also be crimped in different patterns.

Engine breather is made of knitted wire mesh, choose high quality galvanized steel wire or stainless steel wire as raw material, cut into different shape, and compressed or crimped into different shapes to fit engines or breathers.

Exhaust joint seal rings are made from specially compressed knitted wire mesh and can be used at connection points between the exhaust manifold and mufflers, where high temperatures and strict leakage control are required. Flexible intermediate elements can be coated with materials like mica, Teflon, or graphite to meet specific performance needs.
