High Silica Fiber Needle Mat (1000°C)
LFJ (Lih Feng Jiing)'s Silica Fiber Needle Mat is made from 100% high silica glass fiber containing over 96% SiO₂ and is engineered to withstand continuous temperatures up to 1000℃. Manufactured through a needle-punching process without additional binders, it provides outstanding silica fiber insulation with low thermal conductivity and excellent sound absorption. Our silica mat is available in standard thicknesses from 2 mm to 25 mm and densities from 80 kg/m³ to 220 kg/m³. It is lightweight, easy to cut and shape, and offers excellent high-temperature resistance.
This versatile material is widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, automotive and motorcycle exhaust systems, petrochemical plants, protective jackets, and other industrial applications where energy saving and heat insulation are required.
