Our fiberglass needle mat-E is made of 100% glass fiber grade E, which withstands temperatures up to 650℃ and has excellent sound absorption.
Lih Feng Jiing’s fiberglass needle mat-E is manufactured from 100% E-grade glass long fiber, designed to withstand continuous temperatures up to 650℃. Produced through advanced needle punch technology without binders, these mats deliver outstanding thermal insulation efficiency and excellent acoustic absorption across multiple applications.
The glass fiber mats are flexible and easy to cut, making them simple to shape into preformed pipes, insulation jackets, or customized parts. They are widely applied in engines, exhaust systems, petrochemical pipelines, industrial equipment, and energy-saving projects that demand reliable fiberglass mat insulation.
Standard product specifications range from 2 mm to 25 mm in thickness, with uniform density between 80 kg/m³ and 220 kg/m³. Tailored dimensions and densities are also available upon request to meet specific insulation requirements.
