Ceramic Fiber Products

LFJ’s Ceramic Fiber Products are made from high-purity raw materials through advanced spinning and processing techniques, delivering reliable performance in demanding environments. With temperature resistance from 1260 °C to 1600 °C, our products provide excellent heat insulation, low shrinkage, and strong thermal stability. Combining tensile strength, sound absorption, and chemical resistance, Lih Feng Jiing’s solutions ensure durability, precision, and energy efficiency across diverse industrial applications.

Ceramic fiber insulation products are manufactured from high-purity raw materials such as alumina and calcium oxide, which are melted at high temperatures and fiberized into ceramic fibers. These fibers are further processed into various product forms, including ceramic fiber blankets, boards, modules, papers, tubes, and bulk fibers for a wide range of industrial applications. They are produced using a high-temperature melt-spinning process and then converted into different product forms through specialized downstream processing. Depending on the raw material composition (including zirconia- and chromium-enhanced grades), temperature classifications range from 1260°C to 1600°C (2300°F to 2910°F).

Ceramic fiber products offer excellent high-temperature resistance and thermal insulation performance, providing flexible material solutions across diverse industrial sectors. For specialized applications, binder-free ceramic fiber boards are available. These boards contain no organic binders, ensuring no smoke generation, no odor, and no discoloration during heating. Also supplies biosoluble fiber products (calcium-magnesium-silicate fibers) with enhanced solubility in lung fluid, compliant with EU Directive 97/69/EC requirements for biosoluble fibers.
