Fiberglass Needle Mat-E (650°C)
The LFJ’s fiberglass needle mat-E is made of 100% glass fiber grade E withstand temperature up to 650℃, it is used accurate chopped fiber length mechanically bonded by needle punch processing with no additional binders to ensure the high efficiency heat insulation and excellent sounds absorption during different applications. The standard thickness needled mat is from 3mm to 25mm, uniformed density from 100kg/m³to 220kg/m³, available to request for other specifications. The fiberglass needle mat/felt is easy handling, allowing cutting into any desired shape and form, it is mainly used as preformed pipe for exhaust of automotive and motorcycle, insulation pipe for petrochemical, insulation jacket, energy saving industries.
ECR Fiber Needle Mat (750°C)
The LFJ's ECR fiber needle mat is made of 100% glass fiber grade ECR withstand temperature up to 730℃, it is used accurate chopped fiber length mechanically bonded by needle punch processing with no additional binders to ensure the high efficiency heat insulation and excellent sounds absorption during different applications. The standard thickness needled mat is from 3mm to 25mm, uniformed density from 100kg/m³to 220kg/m³, available to request for other specifications. The ECR needle mat/felt is easy handling, allowing cutting into any desired shape and form, it is mainly provided for exhaust system of automotive and motorcycle as a preformed pipe and a die cut heat shield or where the higher temperature resistance is required on difference applications.
S glass Fiber Needle Mat (850°C)
The LFJ's S-glass fiber needle mat is made of 100% glass fiber grade S with high consists of SiO2, the working temperature resistance up to 850℃, it is used accurate chopped fiber length mechanically bonded by needle punching process with no additional binders to ensure the high efficiency heat insulation and excellent sounds absorption during different applications. The standard thickness needled mat is from 3mm to 25mm, uniformed density from 100kg/m³ to 220kg/m³, available to request for other specifications. Silica Fiber Needle Mat (1000°C)
The LFJ's Silica fiber needle mat is made of 100% silica glass fiber with consists over 96% SiO2 withstand temperature up to 1000℃, it is used accurate chopped fiber length mechanically bonded by needle punching process with no additional binders to ensure the high efficiency heat insulation and excellent sounds absorption during different applications. The standard thickness needled mat is from 3mm to 25mm, uniformed density from 100kg/m³ to 220kg/m³, available to request for other specifications. The silica needle mat/felt is easy handling, allowing cutting into any desired shape and form, it is mainly to offer as preformed pipe for exhaust of automotive and motorcycle, insulation pipe for petrochemical, insulation jacket, energy saving industries where high temperature resistance is required. For the working temperature resistance not higher than 650℃ and we recommended our E grade fiberglass needle mat for more cost-effective.
