Fiberglass Roving & Mats for Muffler Packing

LFJ FECM direct roving is made of ECR glass fiber, specifically designed for direct injection into the muffler housing. It requires no bag material, no carrier, and no intermediate processes; the roving enters the muffler as a continuous filament, interlocks and forms around the perforated tube, and is then fixed in place. It is continuously resistant to temperatures up to 750°C and acidic condensate.

The blow-blowing process is handled by LFJ, so your production line doesn't need to do it yourself. We in-house inflate the FECM direct roving with high-pressure airflow before spraying it into perforated bags, the bag size customized to your silencer chamber. Customers simply place the bag into the housing; during the first heat cycle, the bag disappears, and the continuous yarn bundle unfolds and automatically wraps around the perforated tube. You can achieve factory-level density control without owning an inflator spray gun. 750°C, IATF 16949 certified.

Texturized Yarn are bulked and blown by special facility with high pressure air which has processed by texturizing and voluminized, with a great amount of air than single yarns, the continues long fiber keeps good quality without any blow-out issue.

The Texturized Yarn Mat/Felt is without any perforated plastic bag or non-woven bag packed, more easier to operate and assembly.
