Characteristics :

Large number of minute air spaces, making it excellent sound absorption. 4. Low shrinkage at high temperature, the shrinkage of HASI type at 1000°C is max. 1%.
5. Low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal insulation material 6. Max. service temperature, ASI type, HASI type--1100°C. 7. After forming pipe, excellent resistance for wind velocity.

Steelworks, Aluminum industry, petro-chemical industry, furnace industry: thermal insulation for duct. Machinery, household appliances: thermal insulation material Autos and motorcycles: thermal and acoustic insulation material for exhaust pipe, muffler.
Coating Material : We supply various kinds of coating materials, the commonly used material is glass woven fabric, reinforced aluminum foil, plain aluminum foil and pure aluminum foil, we also supply special resin or fiber coating. Special size cutting, grind for inside and outside surface of pipes according to requirement. Separate processing and cutting for aluminum foil is available.
